  • I called on 03366094201(Cust care - Shapoorji Pallonji) a month back and the representative there told me that the lottery will take place in February, 2014. Now, after reading some posts here I can at least assume that the lottery has already been done. But the most strange part is that we were not intimated through any means about the date of lottery. It could be intimated through newspaper or registered mob. no of the applicants. But neither had been done. We are still kept in dark and unaware about this. Don't know what kind of malpractice is happening behind us. Thinking of approaching consumer forum now.

  • there is no surety about lottery in feb14, they replied several answers to customers, they told me that lottery will be held in jan14 positively. actually they dont want to return 800 crore(total application money) as they built the project at the same money, which is very illegal. we should go at customers forum jointly against there corruption.we dont get app. money before july14.

  • I think we should move to consumer court against SP for Sukha bristi. There is so less information, not even a web site to display result. IT is almost 5 months now they are holding our money.   • I was present at the time of lottery at Netaji Indore Stadium, before draw of lottery, SP representative clearly intimate that lottery are going to be started taking all application forms without any verification, and verification will be held after draw of lottery. It may be possible that some fake applicant's name are allotted and after verification they will be removed and their vacant space will be occupied from the waiting list. (for ref. 100 for Sparsh & 275 for Spandan has been declared as per list)
  • demand draft are started to send the respective person whose name are not listed on lucky draw, I have received my demand draft dated on 6th March
