  i am the granddaughter of Mr. Rodrigo Batul, Sr who was donate the land where the San Jose Church was erected,we want to know how to recover that land since according to my mother they never sign for approval during their father donate that, so please help me or i think the best way is to consult for the attortney for to know our rights. thank you

  If your grandather donated that parcel of lot to the church, leave it alone in peace. The church is using it for God's glory. While parents are still alive, they could use, sell or donate their properties to whomever they want to deal with. They don't need their children's consent. Being a son or daughter of one's parent doesn't entitle him/her to inherit anything unless that parent specified it on his/her will.
