Former home of Motown Records founder. Currently for sale for $1.4 million.The Italian Renaissance house was originally built in 1917 for Nels Michalson, a Danish businessman who made his fortune in timber and real estate, the 8,000 sq ft (740 m2). mansion was purchased in 1967 by Berry Gordy.
