The Lydian city of Blaundos was on the cusp of Lydian lands, for to the west lay the lands of the Phrygians. What can be seen today are the remains of the city wall and a few building fragments on the hilltop acropolis. However, surveys have brought to light a stadium, a gymnasium, a theater, and a temple to Ceres, though none of these have been excavated as of (07-09-2010).
