The 150 year old house of Keyi's located at here. The house is located in the middle of a sprawling two acre land and having a built up area of 8000 sq.ft consisting of 10 spacious bed rooms, 4 huge halls,3 kitchens and a large courtyard. Thayath house is also the birth place of some of the prominent personalities like Mr.C.O.T. Kunhipakkey Keyi,who was the first Director of Public Instruction(DPI) of Kerala State.Mr.C.O.T Ummer, former Public Prosecuter and Chairman of TRAVELCO Ltd and Dr.C.O.T.Mustafa.
Some members of the family have constructed separate houses in the compound, which now numbers around six.
