This Historical Building is presently in a dilapidated state. It has been purchased by the Sri Lanka Ports Authority. The famous H. W. Cave bookshop was located here. The building also housed a huge store of Bata. The Valuation Department was located in the upper floors. These are now all reminiscents of the past.
