Churdhar (3648m)

Churdhar is famous religious Place of Sirmour and Shimla District of Himachal. Famous Temple of Lord Shirgul Maharaj is situated at top of the Churdhar Hills (Height about 3648m/11969 Fit). Maximum area of Churdhar Hills and Forest is a part of Sangrah Tehsil of Sirmour District which is snow bounded area.

The highest point is inside Shimla district, very close to the Sirmaur district border. Sirmaur district's highest point is along the ridge to the southwest from the highest point.

This peak is visible all the way from Chandigarh City also.
