As per the orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh vide their judgement dated 24-3-2004 (Page 10) on W.P. No.3912/92 and Batch cases in which W.P.No.13423/2002 filed by Shri S Purushothama Chari was included. This Survey No.134 land is under cultivation by sri S P Chari at Jawahar Nagar,Shamirpet Mandal,RR Dist(A.P.).

The Collector, RR Dist, RR Dist has recommended to CCLA for assignment of this land to Ex-Sgt.S.P.Chari vide his Letter.No.E5/5438/02 dtd 07-5-2005.
