Contains the main central office (switching center) for Frontier and other administrative facilities. Formerly GTE and Verizon, the building also once included a microwave tower which was used to handle telephone traffic. In 2002, the tower was dismantled after sitting obsolete for years.
The Communications Museum is housed on the main floor of the building and has hundreds of items. Many rare phones along with a working Strowger exchange (swiching center) demonstrator.
