  • This is the place i have visited several times .. a long walk over the mountains .. then u hear all dogs barking giving u a sign of human civilisation .. people are very friendly and help you with ur needs .. this serves as the foundation camp for the picnic goers before they climb on to the guddehalli peak .. to get the panoramic glimpse of whole karwar and surrounded area.. once u start climbing through jugle u notice moss grown all over the trees indicating you have reached an high ultitude and if u r lucky u can spot some wild animals like deer and rabbits ... on the way u wil find a bangalow of british time deputy collector MR Bell he used to travel through the jungle and collect butterflys which he exibitted in his banglow... later it was said he sold his collection to the Australian Museam ... you can find the banglow in a bad shape ... once u reach the peak u feel as if u have reached the heaven ,..
