This is an old cemetery (1780-1846), with abandoned religious center, near main road. The wooded area around the cemetery was given by Michael Throne but was never developed. This cemetery was heavily overgrown and not restored until the 1980's. A new Linnwood cemetery was formed just to the south across the railroad tracks replaced this one.
