Guangyuan (simplified Chinese: 广元; traditional Chinese: 廣元; pinyin: Gǔangyúan; Wade-Giles: Kuang-yüan) is a prefecture-level city in Sichuan Province, China. It has an area of 16313.78 square kilometers and a population of 3,037,600 in 2002.[1]
