  The information on the population of iperindo is wrong and i wish this to be corrected as earlier as possible.Remember,the community talking about have been in existence since 1702 according to record given by the community record keeper.Also,the community is not a village but a TOWN on her own according to Government policy any community that is more than 2000 of residents is not subjected to Village,harmlet but a TOWN.This mentioned Commnunity is havind LOCAL GOVT. HEADQUARTERS,PIPE BORE WATER,HIGH SCHOOL,FEEDABLE ROAD,ELECTRICITY of its own.This amennities does not refers the community as a village,I believed the community have not visited before this piled up documentation.

  Who is the founder of Iperindo town. Also the history of the ancient town of Iperindo is needed on the internet for global perusal. I think well meaning sons and daughters of iperindo should do something about their history. thank you. Omirin Isaac

  According to the history gathered from my father, Ipérindo was founded by two Sisters, Ishabola and Timi, they were both the daughters of King Hastrup who was then the Owa Obokun. My father happened to be the Grand Son of Ishabola Hastrup. Further research is still ongoing with all the necessary names.
