  • FARIDABAD TO GET MEGA INDUSTRIAL TOWNSHIP An Industrial Model Township (IMT) is slated to become a reality in Faridabad soon. Coming up on 1,800 acres of land near Ballabgarh, work on this project is likely to begin next month. The Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC), which has acquired land for this purpose has entrusted the task of develop- ing it to a Hyderabad-based infrastructure company -- Ramky Infrastructure. “Work on infrastructure development on the IMT will start soon,“ Bhagmal, General Manager, HSIIDC, Faridabad said, adding that HSIIDC has issued a letter of acceptance to Ramky Infrastructure. The HSIIDC acquired about 1832 acres of land in villages like Chandawli, Machgar, Nawadah, Sutai and Mujedi for the purpose. “Infrastructure development will take three to four months, after which plot- ting will be done,“ Arora said. The minimum industrial plot will be 450 square metres and the maximum could be 10 acres. An Industrial Model Township (IMT) is slated to become a reality in Faridabad soon. • imt faridabad very good place.
  • its good for faridabad..ballabgarh..like gurgaon manesar area..nice
  • Hey Guys, I am hearing that these plots would not be available without heavy donations ...As heavy as Rs 10000 Per Sq Mtr.. I also wanted to apply but i would not now as i dont want to bribe and dont have so much money to bribe someone ... and dont want to block my EMD for 6 months ....
  • The proposed IMT Faridabad will may have start after a long time. At present land acquiring is under process and it takes time and Land owners are totally against this acquiring and case in is High court still under decision. Our team visited IMT Rohtak which acquired by Govt in 08 Years back , there only 4~5 industries are established against a huge land acquiring.
  • Initial rates are very very high. At present there is no any development is started, Vinod Kumar, Sr. Manager HR, Syrino MNC
  • Court case pending before Punjab & Haryana high court for cancellation of land acquisition
  • I have just now been to IMT area Neharpar. The periphary roads are complete, sewer system laid down, work on arterial roads and plot demarkation is about to be started. Emkay Infrastructure is doing somewhat slow paced work. The bridge over nehar is also just about complete. The construction workers say that they await some VVIP to inagurate the bridge. Also, I saw a jaguar car at 14.5 acre plot of prestigious category and the people (construction workers) say that probably MOTOROLA has taken that particular plot(the biggest)
  • this is the good work by harayana gov. to increase the revenue and employment in faridabad .
  • Hopeless, very slow development on account of IT FARIDABAD. No one is accountable for the delay in allotment of plots. All this due to Lethargic inefficient or corrupt department. They are anti national development. Must be accountable an penalised for delay in allotment to respective owners (allotees)
  • what are the prospects of manufacturing segment coming up in IMT faridabad?
