Kusalli Falls - also known as Abbigudde, Abbigundi, Gudanagundi, Boorlagundi and Koosalli Falls

This 7 tiered falls is exactly 100 KMs from Udupi, dancing down the Western Ghats creating a miniature of 7 different falls.

Drive from Udupi towards Murdeshwar for 80 KMs to reach Shiroor. Just after Shirror, take the right turn to Tudalli (Thoodalli) and reach Kallikone also known as Koosalli. Till Tudalli it is a tar road and next 4 KMs is mud road which is not motorable during monsoon. Park your vehicle at the last house in Koosalli and a moderate trek in the not so thick forest for 2 KMs takes you to the bottom of the falls. After monsoon, you can also trek (difficult) up-streams right from Kusalli, enjoying the gentle flow of water and sometimes jumping boulders. Only after monsoon you can climb up to the 3rd stage of this falls. Alternatively you can reach the top from Sagara - Kargal - Kogar. The view of Arabian Sea and the sunset from the top is simply spellbinding. 7 different waterfalls at one place!! Can you just imagine!!!
