Penghu Archipelago, or the Pescadores, is situated between Taiwan proper and Mainland China, southeast of the Taiwan Strait. Penghu is Taiwan's only county that is an archipelago, with ChamouYu(查母嶼)on the far east, HuaYu(花嶼)on the west, Cimei Island(七美嶼) to the south, and Mudou islet(目斗嶼) to the north, but now is Daciaojiao Reef (大磽嶼) to the north.
