The project’s total land area is 214.372 sqm; the project is composed of five star upscale thermal hotel what is located on 37.000 sqm and 1014 apartments consisted of 123 blocks. 168 units are 1+1, 576 units are 2+1 and 258 penthouses all of these apartments are combined within 4 different type of blocks; A, B, C and D Apartments’ interiors have been designed according to the upscale standards in order to be able to provide everything to the apartment owners. Plus, there is a remaining area of 170.000 sqm, which will be used for roads, walking-paths, open sport complexes, and landscaping.
The hotel project that we are planning will have total of 200 rooms; 175 rooms will be standard with 40 sqm, 20 of them will be suite rooms, there will be 1 king suite room and 4 rooms that will be provided for the handicap guests.
Five start thermal hotel that we are going to build, will have a main restaurant with an area of 3000 sqm and above. There will be 3 different A la carte restaurants and 3 of them will serve different countries’ cultural foods to the guests. Total area of these A la carte restaurants will be more than 1600 sqm, considering the fact that the smallest A la carte restaurant is planning to build on 350 sqm
At the entrance level of the Hotel, there is a devastating lobby which is consists of gallery space of 2 floors that totals to 2200 sqm, and nex to the lobby there is pub which will serve to the lobby with its 775 sqm service area. Moreover, within the hotel there will a 225 sqm wine house, 250 sqm entertainment area where guests can enjoy billiards and other table games/entertainment, and of course a night club situated on an area of 450 sqm. As an addition to all of these, there will be conference saloon build on an area of 3000 sqm which will be able to serve to 850 guests. This conference saloon will have two type meeting rooms; food served and none served.
Within the thermal and spa center which is being planned to build on an area of 6500 sqm, we will have Turkish bath, steam rooms, indoor pool, 2 indoor thermal pools at different temperatures, café and vitamin bar, 5 special rooms, infirmary, refreshment areas, squash, fitness, Pilates, yoga, aerobic, step, tanning salon, epilating, mesotherapy, peeling, hand-food care, hair dresser, body healing, capsule, jet shower, massage, aromatherapy, moss healing.
At the outdoor areas; a large pool with 140-150 cm dept, a small bar situated on 500 sqm area around this pool, an aqua park which will have 5 or 6 water skiing, 1 tennis court,1multi-purpose area, 2000 people capacity amphitheatre. Moreover there is a plan of building a 400 sqm outdoor pool which will be connected to the Hotel’s indoor pool.
As an addition to these areas, there is a consideration of building 4 outdoor pools that will be built outside the hotel area so these pools can serve to the blocks, nonetheless there will be landscaping perfectly corresponding to the outdoors pools’ design.
Besides the plan of building 4 outdoor pools among the blocks, we are also planning to leave 6500 sqm for recreational area activities.
Construction of an outdoor shopping center and beverage area is being planned which will be consisted of 60 shops around both sides of the main road which divides the area in two parts; as top-area and bottom-area.
We are planning our project according to the upscale standards that will allow our guests to enjoy the wonderful environment of Bodrum and provide all service possible to make sure that our guests enjoy their venture within our project and in Bodrum as well.
