An apartment building constructed by Modular (A now non-existent real estate and building construction firm), "Marvel Castle" started to be lived in from the year 1992 when this area (Hindusthan more/Fartabad) was still a relatively greener and "less developed" neighbourhood.

The building is an ugly 4 storey block of cement consisting of three stairwells with three apartments on each floor. In one or two cases, two apartments have been made into one and takes up approximately 750 sq. feet. The smallest apartment is about 640 sq, ft.

The construction company broke many rules and their work cannot be by any standards called good or reliable. The ground floor was supposed to be car park area, but soon, the promoters constructed more flats possibly to maximize profits. With the poor quality of construction materials and overall design, it's a wonder the building still stands without any visible signs of damages. Perhaps the inhabitants of this building do their bit to keep things in working condition. However there is absolutely no security for the complex and often there are problems with electrical connections.

At the front of the building there are three different commercial spaces: Kamalda's grocery store (A very popular store when this area did not have so many shops), Moloy's computer hardware store and a small motors repair shop.
