  • Owners are not at all good, they are after only Money. They will collect two Months Rent when you vacate, they will not say this at the starting, beaware of this worst fellows. When anything repair comes in house, they don't take any responsibility at all, you have to put everything from your pocket.
  • Very bad owerns, they collect too much money. i gave 60thousand advance, they gave mony 10k while vacating. They cut two months rent while vacating, they say one month for painting and one month for breaking bond, so you have to vacate exactly 11 months if you stay more also they will take two months rent
