  Koujalgi is a one of the big village in Gokaka taluk. Shri.K.G.Kundanagar, Koujalgi ningamma, Shri.Ashok dalawai are the most important persons from this village. The Desai's are the ruler of this village and surrounding area in 1940.In that time a beautiful high school built, called a A.D.High school. In this high school many persons are become well trained persons. Now this school loosing their charming. The teachers are Shri I.S.Chougala,Shri Y.M.Bashetti, Shri G.G.Mutalik desai,Shri B.N.Mutalik desai, Shri S.S.Wadeyar all retired. They all are well trained teachers. Now this day nothing there. Only building memories old days life.
