Unexpected waterfall in the middle of one of the hottest deserts on earth. Stream runs for only a mile, but falls are 80 ft tall (split into two sections, upper and lower). A rare and rewarding natural wonder, found by few but appreciated by all.

    Really a nice easy hike from the trailhead. The falls are much cooler than the surrounding desert. Worth the effort!

    Check before drinking, much of the water drains from the old Darwin mine workings.
