    Its been a very serious issue at 657/1, Fraud Builder name 'Balbir Singh'. Books flats by saying that their is 100% loan for the flats, but in fact their is no loans for these flats, because this is a unauthorised construction. Their is no water supply for the flats, tankers are used for water supply. Fraud builde 'Balbir Singh' after four months will tell you that loan could not happen after putting all efforts. He would utilise your advance money in construction. If you ask for refund, he will never refund the money nor handover the house. Be care full of the cheater.
