Former site of the Rocketdyne facility. Has been eyed by multiple developers, but has toxic waste that must be cleaned up for the land to be developed:

This is the former site of the Canoga plant/facility originally built by North American Aviation (Rocketdyne Division); later acquired via mergers by Rockwell and Boeing. It remained Rocketdyne's headquarters through those mergers, until 2014. The original NAA parcel included the Best Buy land, Westfield Topanga, and what is now the MTA Orange Line parking lot.
