Founded in 1961, Holy Family Medical Center is the only faith-based Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) in Illinois, and the only such hospital in the Northwest Chicagoland area. Holy Family specializes in providing care for patients who are critically ill with complex conditions and must be hospitalized for several weeks. Referrals can be made by calling 847-813-3330.

Many outpatient services are also offered, including an Immediate Care Center. Others services include same day surgery, digestive health, medical imaging, women's health, sleep disorders, cardiology, laboratory, occupational health and physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Keys to Recovery offers a variety of substance abuse treatment programs. These include inpatient medical detox, residential, partial hospitalization, outpatient and DUI services.
