  Garay Ter is new (2008) mixed use building, with Residential and Retail space. There is a Farmers Market(Csarnok) in the basement. On the main floor there is a bank, a drug store (Drogerie Market), a pharmacy, a flower shop, a cafe, a bar, a few fast food places and hopefully soon an upscale Grocery Store (Match). Outside is a small playground.
