  • Never buy a flat from Paramount. I am owner of a flat in Paramount Symphony, Crossing Republik and there are a lot of issues created by this builder (e.g. extra towers, extra floors, a lot of seepage, bad quality materials etc). Recently Paramount has added a new pain to its PS customers - they have marked few parking lots under open ventilation area in the basement. Affected owners have paid for full covered parking but paramount is offering partially opened parking to owners. In future, I am never going to buy a flat from paramount. SO Beware of...
