  • Bidders make beeline for plots (tellapur/nalagandla HUDA Auction) Hyderabad, Sept. 13: The auction of plots by the Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (Huda) has seen bidders making a beeline for purchasing small-sized plots on Thursday. Most of the residential plots in Nalagandla and tellapur, which is close to the Lingampally railway station and Tellapur residential township went above the upset prices. Of the total 63 residential and group housing plots, 53 were auctioned. Those wanting to build independent houses chose to pay Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 50 lakhs for plots less than 200 square yards. “Huda is not likely to auction individual house plots in the future. Future auctions would be conducted for large-sized lands for apartment complexes and townships. That is why the rush to buy individual residential plots,” said Huda vice-chairman Jayesh Ranjan.
  • Courtesy: Times Of India SEP 2007 M/s Aditya Housing Infrastructure Limited, Hyderabad, bought plots under 'Individual', 'Group Housing' and 'Commercial' categories. Under 'Individual' categories, they bought plot nos 133 to 139 and in group housing from I to VII and one plot (C1) under commercial group at Tellapur.
  • Where is demand now .Recentely auction on 31-08-2008 no plot sold out here .No takers now slow down in reality.Too many housing with too much cost.
  • Only a couple of non prime plots on sale this auction. These plots had disadvantages.
