Historic Bathhouse

This bathhouse was built in the early days of Hanging Rock State Park, by the Civilian Conservation Corps. It and the adjoining swimming beach are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The upper shelter level is always open.

The bathhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places (District #91001507).

The Mountain-to-Sea Trail passes by the front steps of the bathhouse.
