Holy Nativity Church. Mary on Just (Świdnik)

The wooden church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Mount St. Justa Tęgoborzy was built in the 2nd half of the seventeenth century, after the destruction of existing there before the monastery by the Arians. Recorded in 1728, the tradition says about this place and also that there was to be the original "parent" Tęgoborzy parish church, destroyed by the Tatars in the thirteenth century, some objects in the current church seem to be remnants of the previous temples in the main altar This chapel is constructed in the 2nd mid-seventeenth century copy of the image of Our Lady of Czestochowa. For the same time the image comes from the holy hermit Justa-Jobst, zwieńczający the altar at the foot of the holy we see images of graceful St. Justowi founders of this image. On the other valuable objects are: the Gothic sculpture of Madonna and Child from the fifteenth century Gothic font stone coats of arms from the early sixteenth century, other wooden furniture from the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
