The world's highest paved international boundary crossing, 4691 meters (15,397 feet.) With Chinese and Pakistani inspection stations many kilometers away, this location is marked by fences, a small Chinese guard tower, and signs including ones urging drivers to switch which side of the road they are driving on as they cross the pass.
