Beit Meir (Hebrew: בֵּית מֵאִיר, lit. House of Meir) is a religious moshav in central Israel. Located in the Jerusalem hills around nine miles from Jerusalem, just off the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv highway, it falls under the jurisdiction of Mateh Yehuda Regional Council.

  • Beit Mair, is the Israeli NEW name for the village of Beit Mahsir. the NEW name was created in 1951 after the destruction of the old village by the jews in 1948.. NO one of the jows lived in the village untill 1963.. Its a Palestinian Village and it will always be,, Beit Mahsir
