The Eastern Qing Tombs, China's largest dynastic cemetery, are to be found west of Zunhua City, Hebei Province. They include 5 Emperors' mausoleums, 4 Empresses' tombs, 5 concubines' graveyards, several tombs of princes & princesses and many other buildings (including temples, arches, gateways, bridges and statutes). Construction began in 1661 with Xiaoling and ended in 1908 when Empress Dowager Cixi's tomb, Dingdongling, was finished.
