Western Qing Dynasty Tombs

The Western Qing Dynasty Tombs can be found about 60 km N of Baoding City, Hebei Province (ie, about 140km - 87 miles - SW of Beijing). The area includes 4 Emperors' Mausoleums, 3 Empresses' tombs, 3 concubines' graveyards, several other tombs, many halls, bridges, statues, etc. The first mausoleum (Tailing - the Yongzheng Emperor) was built in 1730 and the last (Chongling - the Guangxu Emperor) was completed in 1915.
