Prairie Housing Co-op (est. 1982) - a not-for-profit housing cooperative which provides a safe and affordable place to live for members who face physical, mental and/or economic challenges alongside other members who do not.

This building was formerly known as the Great West Saddlery Warehouse. It is located at 113 Market Avenue, across the street from 112 Market Avenue which was the head office for GWS. This building was designed by the Irish architect William Wallace Blair and was erected in 1910 using reinforced concrete, brick and stone foundation. It has a total of six stories, with a combined floor space of 30,597 square feet. In 1985 it was granted Grade II heritage status.
