"Craig High School, nestled on the slopes of Sunnahae mountain, serves secondary-age students from the communities of Craig, Klawock and Hollis on Prince of Wales Island. Our facility, which overlooks Klawock inlet, was built in 2000 and is located one mile out of Craig on the Craig-Klawock Highway. It is connected to the downtown area of Craig with a lighted, separated path that was made possible through the efforts of student leaders who lobbied the state legislature for funding. Our school houses a full-sized gymnasium, a theatre seating 219 people, two high-tech labs with Windows and Macintosh platform computers, and seven classrooms."
