Mr. Pandurang Sarda family purchased the original 21 acres of land and developed over last 20 years. He got the Electricity from 7 km in this area and the First Stone Crusher was installed in this area at that time.
The mountain was leveled in different tracts and was irrigated from the Canal which runs in the milestone restaurant. I want to thank Mr. Pardeshi whose caterpillar was on the land for leveling for several months day and night.
I want to thank NH4 for giving the permission to road at Sarda Estate over 20 years back.

I had installed a hand pump in this area which gave water to tenents there. Also I had done farming in this area for several years and still recall the land was all green.
I had planted several plants, border plants etc at that time.
The quarry to north used for stone crusher raw material.

I would like to give back to community by building a large statue of Shriram, Hanuman and Ramdas Swami in land still inherited by me. This would look great places in South Dakota where faces of all the presidents would be visible. This I want to do in memory of my Mother Father Madhuri and Pandurang Sarda, the teachers and inspirators in my life.
The land Mutha estate that is on the right does not have any access road.

I had build a farm house which was replace by the resturant. Had Diary farm and got the milk from there to Satara.
This land is uniqe and can be seen from my house in Satara using a telecope we are on same elevation. I hope youngsters today have a vision and start development in this way and contribute to the community and society.

I am sad to hear the realestate prices go so high in Satara and Bhu mafia contributing to this frezie.

I also worked on getting approval for entrance from NH4 for access to Sarda Estate. The access to land is currently fully owned by Sarda Family.
