Carambola Cottage is located on Sugar Loaf Cay just south of the Eastern Shore peninsula of Marsh Harbour. The five acre southwest tip of the cay is called Parrot Point and Carambola Cottage is situated on the waterfront with a panoramic view of the Sea of Abaco. Parrot Point is one mile east of the entrance to Boat Harbour Marina. The central location allows easy access to the many attractions of "The Hub of Abaco", which includes Hope Town with its candy striped light house and Man-O-War Cay with its boat building tradition. The protected reefs and parks of Sandy Cay Reef, Pelican Cays, Fowl Cay, Mermaid Reef and others are excellent for snorkeling and scuba diving. World class fishing for tuna, wahoo, dolphin, sails and marlin and bonefish on the flats are all nearby.
