University College opened in 1964 and provides lecture and office space for The Faculty of Arts and is also home of the university planetarium. The seven story wing is the college residence. The main floor Faculty Lounge has a collection of Victorian fu rniture donated from the estate of the late Joseph Doupe, a physiology professor.
