Luna is a municipality in the landlocked province of Apayao in the Philippines. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 18,029 people.
Its former name was Macatel, changed to Luna by the town's founding father, the great Ilocano explorer Antonino Barroga from Dingras, Ilocos Norte.
Luna is politically subdivided into twenty two (22) barangays, namely:
