  • very bad service
  • To Whom It May Concern, TOYOTA is an ever famous name in car industry. They gained excellent reputation in car manufacturing and maintenance from the ethics that they stick to. Among these ethics, CLIENT's satisfaction and trust, once it's lost all is gone with the wind. It always takes time to build trust with customers but a single irresponsible mistake can destroy it. I love Toyota and wish to have a 4 wheel drive Toyota car in the future. To get the long story short, last week, exactly last Wednesday, I had a bad experience with the maintenance section in Toyota Egypt - Abbassia Branch where I dropped my car for maintenance and was supposed to receive it on Saturday after fixing the problem but I had a concern and asked the engineer to check it before I go away, then the engineer decided to keep it for a while to fix the problem. The engineer reported to me on Sunday morning the problem and that they are working on fixing it as soon as possible in order for me to receive it next day. This was the last communication with the engineer, then I lost communication with Toyota Egypt Abbassia branch till now. Until now, I have been trying to reach the engineer but no way; the mobile is switched off; not on seat then I decided to drop a complain yesterday afternoon and the operator informed me that the manager in the reception of maintenance would contact me before 5:00 p.m. Can you imagine that till now I received no call; neither from the engineer nor from the manager, disappointing isn't it?! What's going on in Toyota and how they allow something like that to happen? This is destroying my trust in Toyota, not only Toyota Egypt - Abbassia branch but in Toyota worldwide. Instead of spending money for "I love Toyota" campaign you can spend money on training the staff on how to build trust with customers and how to maintain the relationship with them. I feel pity towards big names when it is subjected to irresponsible actions that can ruin their gained reputation. Whereas I'm working in a service company in the oil sector and understand very well how to keep client's satisfaction up and build trust with him, I found myself entitled to write this email and send it to whom it may concern. Awaiting your action to sort out my problem. Mohsen Mohamed Abbass Selim (car # ALK 2179)
