Rising 80 m above the intersection of Georgia and Butte streets, this 20-storey building was completed in 1980. In 1997 it was renovated and is now a BOMA 'Go Green' certified structure. The tower houses many commercial offices, as well as the Consulates of Sweden and Finland, sharing common space on the 14th floor.
