Chain upscale hotel. Contains 294 guest rooms, meeting space, fitness center and 2 outdoor swimming pools. Built in 1955 as the Seville Beach Hotel, closed in 2006. In 2012, Marriott bought it after a failed attempt by Ritz-Carlton to turn it into condos. Marriott rebuilt it as an Edition hotel, their boutique line. It opened in 2014.
