  • This is a good site, liked the environment around, slightly secluded, hence privacy.......we liked it
  • Beware of survey no 105 in this Sonam layout while buying, it is under SC ST land. And the owner is very rude. He will not not pick up the call and speaks very rudely in phone.He demands 50 times more than the market rate or government valuation price. Don't pay any advance money to these ordinary builders. You will not get your money back. Pls buy a plot only if you have full Budget and go for immediate registration.
