Part of the Sea to Sea Regional Park Reserve. Actually part of Waugh Creek dammed in the early 1900's, this reservoir was taken out of the CRD water system in 1996 and drained. There was concern that the dam was not up to seismic standards and that a break would cause a tsunami of death and destruction. Upon close inspection, one can see the stumps on the old lake bed.
