A 24-unit condominium located on the northwest corner of Buena and Kenmore Avenues in the Buena Park neighborhood of Chicago. Originally built as apartments in 1895, the building fell on hard times during the neighborhood's decline and was for many years subdivided into many single-room-occupancy units. The building was gutted and redeveloped as a condominium in 1989-90. The unique curved masonry building had a twin, its mirror image, on the southwest corner of the same intersection, a portion of which can be seen in the 1980 Steve McQueen film "The Hunter."
