Eglise De Dieu Philadelphie (Church of God Philadelphia) Church, Orphanage and School all destroyed in January 12, 2010 earthquake. Two orphanage boys died in collapsed dormitory during the earthquake. Five children were seriously injured. A funeral was being conducted in the church at the time of the earthquake, and all in attendance escaped. Many families who attend the church, or had children in the school, lost children and family members, with their homes being destroyed.
