Reedsburg is a city in Sauk County, Wisconsin, along the Baraboo River. The population was 10,014 at the 2010 census.
Located in the Baraboo River Valley, north of the Baraboo Bluff Range, Reedsburg has many landmarks and natural areas. The city offers such things as a municipal airport, "The 400" State Bike Trail, canoe launches to the Baraboo River, camping, many nature trails, along with the Hartje Nature Center, a nature area, free to the public, donated to the Reedsburg school system, consisting of a network of nature trails, which are also used for cross-country skiing in the Winter season.
East of Reedsburg, on Highway 33, you will find the Sauk County Historical Society, which contains many interesting artifacts, information, and history about Reedsburg, and the Sauk County area.
