It is one of the oldest houses constructed in the area. The colony in 90's was called as EWF colony (Economically Weaker Section) and ironically it was one of the best neighborhoods in the vicinity of Jagadamba theatre. The entire colony residents were given a free evening show to 'Alluda Majaka' movie on the inauguration of the theatre by the management.

The cute circular hole you see nearby is a deep well and the empty land near it was a favourite place for the junior cricket fans of the colony.
