  • This Company was inaugurated by our first PM,Pt.Jawaharlal Nehru in 1956.Along with the Atul complex was also founded Shri Nootan Kelvani Mandal,Valsad, under the Chairmanship of Shri Morarji Desai,our former PM.Mr.B.K.Majumdar & Shri Kasturbhai Lalbhai were the pioneers of this chemical complex as well as the educational complex at Valsad.
