Fully owned by the State Government since September 2009. Administration facilities of Pasir Gudang City Council or 'Majlis Perbandaran Pasir Gudang (MPPG)'. MPPG move out from the City Center Complex beside it to expand the business there. At the moment (2013), it is the highest building in the area, and proudly becoming the landmark of the city.
